**Responsibilities**:

- Collaboration - working very closely with the Talent Attraction Team, Interviewers and Account Directors
- Data Management - Ensuring data accuracy and integrity within the ATS
- Compliance & Documentation - ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures. Maintaining up to date documentation related to the recruitment activity. Knowledge

Skills & Abilities
- Proven experience in administrative roles, preferably in a recruitment or HR setting.
- Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems and other HR software.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy.
- Team player with a collaborative mindset.

Hours 35 hours per week

Hybrid Working - flexible arrangement

**Job Types**: Full-time, Temporary contract
Contract length: 4 months

**Salary**: £27,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
