We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Recruitment Resourcer to join our dynamic team at Brook Street Social Care. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and engaging with candidates, as well as building strong relationships with clients and candidates.
Key Responsibilities- Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities with potential employers.
- Candidate Marketing: Source, screen, and engage with candidates to meet the needs of our clients.
- Relationship Building: Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates.
- Personal Branding: Develop and maintain a strong online presence within your specialist field.
- Targets and Expertise: Work towards achieving targets and becoming an expert in your field.
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced individual who is passionate about social care recruitment. You will have a strong administrative, communication, and organisational skills, as well as a deep understanding of the social care sector.
