ABOUT YOU

Compliance - Conducting pre-employment and compliance checks in line with company policy and relevant legislation for every temporary worker
Sourcing for high quality candidates - Every day
Creating and sending assignment confirmations
Supporting the recruitment and registration of a pool of office professionals through advertising, social media, LinkedIn, and job boards to ensure we always have the best talent in the area ready to place into roles
Advertising vacancies by drafting and placing adverts across a wide range of media
Receiving and reviewing applications; conducting the initial screening when dealing with new candidates, followed by registering the candidate to match the roles they are looking for
Another important function is to understand and manage candidate's aspirations to ensure they find the right role
Preparing CVs and correspondence to forward to clients in respect of suitable applicants
Monitoring weekly time sheet submittals and ensuring a smooth payroll process
Responsible for providing the utmost candidate care
Being a champion of marketing - (marketing materials provided)TRAINING
