**YOUR ROLE**
Our Business Support Team play a key role in our business, offering a wide variation of administrative tasks to the wider business teams. Due to internal growth, we are looking to add further Senior Administrators to the team.
What you’ll be doing:
- **You’re all about the customer**. You will make regular contact with branch and customers via the telephone to ensure we have everything we need to progress the property file through the auction process from the beginning right through to once a property has sold and the file passes over to the Sales Progression team
- **You’re collaborative**. You will instruct the Sales Team once the following tasks have been completed:
- ensuring buyer and seller ID is complete and accurate
- check Reservation Agreement is complete and correct
- ensuring the files are up to date with all details required to send MOS including solicitor details
- check that fees are paid, proof of funds is complete and adequate
- check compliance notes and risk assessments are complete for both parties
- **You’re a great communicator.** Liaising with our partner agents and branches in a professional manor, whilst effectively communicating with vendors, chasing important documents needed for the completion of sale
- **You have an eye on the detail.** You will complete contract back tasks ensuring vendor ID is complete and accurate, chasing property details from branch and completing enhanced AML checks where necessary
- **You’re a team player.** You’ll present yourself and iamproperty in the best way to our partner agents, their clients your team and everyone you engage with
- **You’re an ambassador.** Meet and Greet visitors to the office, offering a warm and professional welcome and covering Reception when needed
GOT SKILLS?
**What are the top things you’ll bring to the role?**
- Experience within an administration role is preferable. Estate Agency / Property experience is desirable
- Previous experience in Customer Service/Customer Relations
- Excellent organisational skills
- First class problem solving
**Salary**: £22,000.00 per year
