The Role:
We are currently seeking a Sales Administrator to join our team and support our sales efforts. As a Sales Administrator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our sales processes and providing excellent customer service.

Your role will include, but is not limited to:

- Processing Customer Contracts:

- Efficiently handle the processing of customer contracts, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Customer Communication:

- Engage with customers via various communication channels to address inquiries, provide assistance, and ensure a positive experience.
- Sales-Related Administrative Tasks:

- Undertake administrative tasks related to sales processes, including preparing quotes, processing orders, and managing documentation.
- Inbox Management:

- Prioritise and escalate customer inquiries or issues as needed to ensure timely resolution.
- Internal Communication:

- Communicate key messages and updates from the sales department to other areas of the business (and vice versa).

- Proficiency in Microsoft Programmes:

- Note-Taking:

- Capture comprehensive and accurate notes during meetings, calls, and interactions.
- Ensure that essential information is documented for reference and follow-up.
- Stakeholder Reporting:

- Prepare and deliver reports to key stakeholders, providing insights into sales performance, customer feedback, and other relevant metrics.
- Salesforce Knowledge (Advantageous):

- Familiarity with Salesforce CRM software is advantageous but not mandatory.
- Ability to quickly learn and utilise relevant software tools.

Performance Criteria

Administrative Efficiency:

- Evaluate performance based on the effectiveness of administrative processes, such as managing inboxes, maintaining records, and coordinating with other departments.
- Strive to streamline administrative tasks, reduce errors, and improve overall efficiency to support the sales team in achieving targets and objectives.

Timeliness and Accuracy:

- Demonstrate the ability to efficiently process customer contracts, sales-related administrative tasks, and correspondence within specified timelines.
- Ensure accuracy in all aspects of work, including data entry, documentation, and communication with customers and internal stakeholders.

Join our vibrant, growing team in the Seaton Burn office This role is full-time, Monday to Friday from 9 am to 6 pm with occasional weekend involvement.

This is a temporary role with the opportunity for permanent contract upon completion of successful 6 month probation.

Pay: £21,000.00-£27,000.00 per year
