**Your role as a Auction Sales Support Specialist**

As a Sales Support Specialist, you will play a key role in the Auction journey by providing day to day administration support to the Auction Sales Team, our customers, and our partner agents.
- You will instruct the Sales Team once the following tasks have been completed:

- Ensuring buyer and seller ID is complete and accurate.
- Checking the Reservation Agreement is complete and correct.
- Ensuring the files are up to date with all details required to send MOS including solicitor details.
- Checking that fees are paid; and proof of funds is complete and adequate.
- Ensuring compliance notes and risk assessments are complete for both parties.
- Completing contract back tasks ensuring vendor ID is complete and accurate, chasing property details from branch and completing enhanced AML checks where necessary.
- You will make regular contact with branch and customers via the telephone to ensure we have everything we need to progress the property file through the auction process from the beginning right through to once a property has sold and the file passes over to the Sales Progression team.
- You will support the Sales team with their duties as and when required, including general administration tasks in line with the Team’s SLAs; ensuring that rigorous processes are followed, maintaining the accuracy and integrity of computer and manual filing systems used within your remit.
- You will share your experience and skill by providing informal training to new members of the team as appropriate in the range of tasks undertaken by a Business Support Administrator.
- Preparation of monthly PowerPoint Sales Board Packs, including measurable targets and actuals; Tracking and collating monthly agent incentives.

**What are the key things you’ll bring to the role?**
- Minimum of 1 years’ experience working within an Estate Agency or associated industry.
- The ability to be proactive and take the initiative.
- Ability to manage, and organise, a wide and varied workload.
- Strong Communication skills

Pay: £23,600.00 per year
