RADIX is a well-established and fast-growing business headquartered in Dundee and with offices in Chelmsford. We specialize in offering Ground Screw & Screw Pile products, providing end-to-end supply and installation services.

We foster strong relationships with industry professionals, engineers, and clients while creating a fun, dynamic workplace. Our clients span across the Renewable Energy, Construction, and Leisure & Tourism sectors in the UK, Ireland, with ongoing expansion into Europe and Australia.

The Opportunity

The business has grown significantly since its establishment and reported strong year on year growth, with a number of international projects and customers now on board. The business is at a very exciting stage in its growth and is seeking to significantly scale operations and expansion.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • The development and implementation of a comprehensive sales strategy to identify and pursue new growth opportunities.
  • Revenue growth and expansion of the customer base, particularly in the renewable energy sector.
  • Leadership and mentoring of a sales team, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to launch targeted sales campaigns.
  • Horizon scanning and market research to stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities.
  • Representation of RADIX at industry events to build valuable connections.

We are looking for an experienced, ambitious and results-driven leader with a proven track record in business development, sales, and senior management in a relevant business sector. £70,000 - £90,000 per annum.
