About the Opportunity

Hillcrest, a leading affordable housing provider in Scotland, is seeking a Business Growth and Development Manager to drive business transformation and growth through strategic planning and execution.

As a senior manager, you will lead a Business Transformation Team to shape and deliver ambitious change projects, leveraging advanced project management skills and creative problem-solving approaches.

The ideal candidate will have success in delivering initiatives within complex environments, with good knowledge and understanding of change management principles and standards.

The salary for this position is approximately £75,000 - £100,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Business Growth: Develop and execute strategic plans to drive business growth and development, leveraging advanced project management skills and creative problem-solving approaches.
  • Change Enablement: Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the organization, driving engagement and adoption of new practices.
  • Team Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for growth and development, developing strategies to drive business expansion.
