Account Executive Role

We are seeking a results-driven Account Executive to join our team in Dundee, United Kingdom. The ideal candidate will manage client relationships, drive revenue growth, and ensure customer satisfaction through excellent service.

The responsibilities of this role include:

  • Managing a portfolio of existing clients, ensuring their needs are met.
  • Identifying and developing new business opportunities with potential clients.
  • Preparing and delivering tailored presentations and proposals to clients.
  • Collaborating with internal teams to ensure successful delivery of products and services.
  • Tracking and reporting on client satisfaction and account performance.
  • Negotiating contracts and renewals with clients to maximize revenue.
  • Staying updated on industry trends to inform client strategies.

Requirements for the position include:

  • Previous experience as an Account Executive or similar role.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts and meet deadlines.
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
