National Account Growth Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Field Sales Team leader to join our client, a market-leading UK Retailer. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in sales leadership and development.
The ideal candidate will have strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills, as well as experience managing sales teams and developing strategic partnerships.
This is a field-based role, which requires working from our Edinburgh office and covering the entire UK territory. Key responsibilities include:
- Developing and implementing sales strategies relative to each designated territory.
- Negotiating and closing agreements with large customers.
- Preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual sales forecasts and team KPI's.
The salary for this role is estimated to be around £65,000 - £90,000 per annum, depending on experience. A car allowance and commission package are also included.
Requirements for the role include:
- Proven work experience as a national sales manager.
- Experience managing a high-performance sales team.
- An ability to understand and analyse sales performance metrics.
