Early Years Intervention Specialist

Educators Wales is seeking an Early Years Intervention Specialist to join our team. As a specialist in family support, you will work closely with families to develop tailored support plans that meet their unique needs. This role requires a deep understanding of child development and family dynamics, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
We offer a competitive salary of £26,241 - £28,770 and opportunities for training and development. This role is perfect for individuals who are passionate about making a difference in the lives of children and families.
The ideal candidate will have a relevant level 3 qualification and up-to-date knowledge of family support and child development. Experience in delivering accredited parenting programs and working with children aged 0-7 years is also essential. A full UK Category B driving license and use of a motor vehicle insured for business purposes are required for this role.
