**Leadership Role in Childcare Education**

We require a skilled Childcare Leader to lead our childcare teams in Caerphilly County Borough Council locations. This role involves managing daily childcare operations and ensuring high-quality services.

Key Tasks:

  • Oversee the day-to-day management of childcare settings.
  • Maintain records of attendance and monitor take-up rates.
  • Guarantee adherence to legislative standards for childcare.
  • Support children with emerging needs, prioritizing their educational growth and well-being.
  • Cooperate with external partners to deliver successful programmes.

Essential Qualifications and Experience:

  • CACHE Level 3 Diploma Early Years and Childcare (or similar).
  • Minimum 2 years' experience leading childcare teams.
  • Familiarity with child development principles and health considerations.

Remuneration Package: Salary £13,914.51, plus access to professional development.
