Early Help Family Support Specialist

**Job Overview**
Educators Wales is recruiting a Family Wellbeing Intervention Worker to deliver our family support interventions in the home, in the community, and virtually.
The successful applicant will provide bespoke family support intervention working with families to tackle root causes of issues raised. This post has a specific focus on supporting families with mental health and wellbeing concerns while being an integral part of the family support provision and the wider Early Years team.
We offer an attractive salary of £26,241 - £28,770 and access to training and development opportunities.
The role requires an experienced worker who can deliver antenatal, postnatal, and various parenting/family support programmes as identified by the family. All interventions are for children aged 0-7 years aiming to help parents support their child's development and enhance family resilience.
While based at Parc Y Felin ICC, the successful applicant will be expected to work in an agile way across the borough in homes and community venues, as well as some working from home. Partnership working is essential within the wider Early Years and Childcare Team.
Key Requirements:
- A relevant Level 3 qualification
- Experience of working with children aged 0-7 and parents in groups and individual families
- Experience in delivering packages of family support in the home or community
- A full UK Category B (Cars) driving licence and use of a motor vehicle insured for business/work purposes
