We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Higher Level Teaching Assistant to join our client school in Caerphilly, contributing to the academic and social development of pupils while managing challenging behavior to high standards.

The successful candidate will play a vital role in supporting pupil well-being and academic growth. Key responsibilities include planning, preparing, and delivering learning activities, assessing pupils and tracking their progress throughout the year.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Developing and implementing engaging learning activities
  • Assessing and monitoring pupil progress
  • Providing support for pupils with specific needs
Requirements:
  • HLTA qualification or equivalent
  • PGCE or PCET qualifications acceptable
  • At least 6 months experience within a classroom environment
Salary and Benefits:
  • A competitive salary of £32,500 per annum, reflecting the level of expertise required for this role
