The salary for this position ranges from £26,241 to £28,770 per annum, with access to training and development opportunities.

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced worker to deliver family support interventions in the home, community, and virtually. The successful applicant will work with families to tackle root causes of issues and provide bespoke support to address mental health and wellbeing concerns.

The role involves delivering antenatal, postnatal, and parenting/family support programmes, as identified by the family. These interventions focus on children aged 0-7 years, aiming to enhance family resilience and support parents in promoting their child's development.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  1. A relevant Level 3 qualification is required for this position.
  2. Experience working with children aged 0-7 and parents in groups and individual families is essential.
  3. Delivering packages of family support in the home or community is a crucial aspect of this role.
Agile Working and Partnership

The successful applicant will be expected to work in an agile way across the borough, visiting families in their homes and community venues, as well as some working from home. This role is part of a wider Early Years and Childcare Team, and partnership working is essential.
