Arts and Culture Programme Coordinator

About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and flexible officer to support the delivery of our London Borough of Culture year. As an LBoC Support Officer with a focus on Diversity, Access, and Inclusion, you will work with the Arts & Culture Service to develop, deliver, and monitor a range of ambitious, diverse, and inclusive programmes.
Your responsibilities will include programme commissioning and grants support, advocacy work, and assisting with the highly regarded Liberty Festival. You will work with artists, community groups, culture professionals, and Council departments to ensure our London Borough of Culture year is as diverse, accessible, and inclusive as possible.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the Programme and Partnership Manager in leading diversity, access, and inclusion initiatives
- Work on arts projects, including programme commissioning and grants support, advocacy, and festival coordination
- Collaborate with artists, community groups, culture professionals, and Council departments to achieve programme goals
