We are currently seeking a highly skilled Cultural Programmes Manager to join our Culture & Libraries Development team. This exciting opportunity will involve leading on the development and delivery of our event programme, working closely with stakeholders, artists, and contractors to ensure seamless event execution.

The successful candidate will possess excellent leadership and project management skills, with experience in event production, marketing, and audience engagement. A strong understanding of local arts and cultural scenes, along with excellent networking skills, will also be essential.

Key responsibilities include:
  • Developing and implementing event strategies to engage diverse audiences.
  • Collaborating with stakeholders to secure funding and resources.
  • Liaising with artists and contractors to coordinate event logistics.
  • Managing event budgets, ensuring financial sustainability.

Requirements:
  • Experience in event production, marketing, and audience engagement.
  • Strong leadership and project management skills.
  • Knowledge of local arts and cultural scenes.
  • Excellent networking and communication skills.

Salary: £40,000 - £55,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
