Arts and Culture Programme Manager

About the Role
We are seeking a Programme and Partnership Manager to lead on the Economic Growth and the Climate Emergency and Sustainability goals outlined in our Arts and Culture Strategy 2021-2031. This role will be instrumental in ensuring that these goals are embedded, championed, and delivered in our London Borough of Culture programme.
The successful candidate will have substantial experience in working on and leading significant high-quality creative programmes with public participation. They will also have experience of managing initiatives that develop creative career pathways, focused on diversifying the creative industry workforce.
The Programme and Partnership Manager will be responsible for managing creative projects that support creative industries over our London Borough of Culture year. They will also lead on developing structured pathways that identify and nurture creative talent into the cultural and creative industries.
Additionally, the successful candidate will have experience of leading on projects that involve a diverse set of partners in both its development and delivery. They will also have a strong track record of coordinating the ongoing assessment, monitoring, and evaluation of projects against performance targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage creative projects that support creative industries over our London Borough of Culture year
- Lead on developing structured pathways that identify and nurture creative talent into the cultural and creative industries
- Collaborate with partners to reduce our carbon footprint and tackle the climate emergency
- Coordinate the ongoing assessment, monitoring, and evaluation of projects against performance targets
