Frieze Publishing Ltd. seeks an Art and Culture Coordinator to support the publishing team in various administrative tasks.

The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills and be proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Outlook.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Submit and track invoices, in collaboration with the Content Operations Manager, and set up new payees in the finance system.
  2. Send and track contracts for writers, photographers, illustrators, and freelancers.
  3. Add production deadlines set by the Content Operations Manager to the publishing team's shared calendar.
  4. Set up daily run-throughs and content, production, and design meetings, liaising with freelancers on scheduling as required.
  5. Manage printing of press cards and business cards and organize the publishing team's post.
  6. Maintain the library and archive in the London office.
  7. Provide occasional administrative support for frieze magazine events, sending out invitations, updating guest list spreadsheets, and passing on any queries from the events mailbox to the publishing and events manager.
  8. Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Outlook.
  9. Experience in publishing.
