Senior Arts Coordinator

About the RoleWe are seeking a highly organised and proactive Senior Arts Coordinator to join our team at Intermusica Artists Management Ltd. The ideal candidate will have prior administrative experience in an arts/cultural organisation and be able to demonstrate a positive and flexible approach in demanding situations.
Key Responsibilities- Assist with travel and accommodation arrangements for artists, including researching and booking trips, negotiating travel contributions with promoters, and processing visa and work permit arrangements in advance.
- Work closely with the finance team to prepare financial paperwork (invoices, statements, etc.) and support tax applications where necessary.
- Collaborate with the Communications & Marketing department on promotional materials, ensuring clients' pages on the company's website are up to date with concert listings, recordings, reviews, etc.
- Organise travel/hotel/meetings/concert tickets for Artist Managers as required.
- Assist with general office administration and provide support to the team as needed.
- Graduate calibre with prior administrative experience, ideally in an arts/cultural organisation.
- Proactive and able to demonstrate a positive and flexible approach in demanding situations.
- Good IT skills, particularly in Microsoft Office.
- Interest in and knowledge of classical music.
