Senior Arts and Events Coordinator

We are looking for a highly motivated Senior Arts and Events Coordinator to join our team at the Barbican Centre in London.
This permanent, full-time role offers a salary range of £41,360–£46,050 per annum, inclusive of Inner London Weighting, depending on skills and experience.
The successful candidate will work under the Artist Hires & Planning Manager to develop, negotiate, and implement the Barbican's artistic rental programme. Key responsibilities include:
- Developing and negotiating partnerships with other organisations
- Implementing the artistic rental programme
- Maintaining records and reports
Essential requirements include extensive knowledge of the music industry, experience in an arts venue or festival at a managerial level, and proficiency in budget management. Excellent communication, presentation, and organisational skills are also necessary.
