Job OverviewWe're currently seeking a skilled Event Experience Coordinator to join our retail units at Craven Cottage, home of Fulham FC. As an Event Experience Coordinator, you'll play a crucial role in delivering outstanding customer experiences, ensuring seamless event execution, and contributing to the success of our 2023-24 Retail team.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate event logistics, including venue setup, staff management, and vendor coordination.
- Develop and implement event concepts, menus, and service standards that meet our high-quality expectations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication and event delivery.
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- A passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
- Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and guide teams.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
We offer a competitive pay rate of £12 per hour, holiday pay, weekly payments, opportunities for career growth, and a chance to be part of our 2024/25 season team. You'll also enjoy working on exciting events like Fulham Matchdays, Royal Ascot, and Henley Regatta.
