Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Event Planning Specialist to join our Show Ready team in London. This role will involve coordinating post-order project and operational activity, ensuring the successful execution of events.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Tracking project status from a revenue and margin perspective, creating reports for finance planning as needed.
  • Identifying opportunities for cost savings across multiple stands at the same event.
  • Planning installation and dismantling phases in advance with Operational teams.
  • Oversight of stock use and manpower planning.
  • Ensuring seamless delivery of required elements on site and overseeing quality control.

Requirements:

  • Experience in the events industry.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Benefits:

  • A competitive salary, £55,000-£70,000 depending on experience.
  • Flexible working hours, with evening and weekend work possible during busy periods.
  • Generous annual leave package, including 25 days plus bank holidays and statutory public holidays.
