The Regional Manager is a key role within Nationwide, responsible for leading a team of Business Development Managers (BDMs) in generating residential and Buy To Let mortgage business through building and developing relationships with mortgage intermediaries in a given area.

- Proven track record of successful business development in a financial services environment.
- Understanding of the MCoB, ICoB rules, and other regulations impacting the intermediary market place.
- Strong coaching and supervision skills.
