Your new company

Hays Senior Finance is seeking a highly skilled Business Services Manager to join their team. As a Business Services Manager, you will be responsible for planning and managing the timely and profitable completion of a portfolio of client work, including year-end and management accounts, corporate and personal tax returns, VAT returns, management accounts, budgets, and forecasts for selected clients.

Your new role

In this role, you will be responsible for reviewing assistants/seniors work, providing feedback and coaching, developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients, contacts, and colleagues, engaging and consulting actively with specialists, coordinating their involvement in advisory work, and identifying cross-selling opportunities.

What you'll need to succeed

The successful candidate will have experience working in a similar role within a practice environment, hold a professional qualification, be comfortable managing a large portfolio of clients alongside a team of more junior employees, and possess excellent written and verbal communication skills.
