About the Opportunity:- Grow sponsorship revenue for our Awards, Festival, Learning, and Talent programs.
- Promote and sell D&AD's creative training programs to brands and agencies.
- Build long-term partnerships, identify new opportunities, and collaborate with internal teams to deliver seamless activations.
- Represent D&AD at industry events to grow our network and brand presence.
About You:
- A proven track record in B2B sponsorship sales, ideally in the creative industries.
- A strong network within suppliers and consumer brands.
- Excellent communication, pitching, and negotiation skills.
- A passion for creativity and the ability to align commercial goals with D&AD's mission.
