We are seeking an experienced sales leader to join our team as Strategic Sales Manager Europe. As part of this role, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth by leading a high-performing sales team, developing and executing strategic sales initiatives, and cultivating strong relationships with key clients.

About the Role

You will be responsible for developing a sales department strategy aligned with company goals, working closely with the UK Country Leader and the leadership team. This includes cultivating strong relationships with key clients through close work with marketing, product, and customer success teams to ensure alignment and drive overall customer experience.

Requirements:
  1. A minimum of 10 years experience in enterprise software sales, with at least 3 years in a leadership role within the HCM, HR Tech, SaaS industry.
  2. Demonstrated success in leading sales teams and achieving revenue goals in a competitive market place.
