Job Overview

NetJets Europe is seeking an experienced sales professional to join our team as a Vice President, Account Management. This role will be responsible for generating new business sales and securing renewals, trades, and add-ons with existing customers.


The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of experience in luxury customer-facing roles and a proven track record of achieving sales targets. They will be fluent in English and have a deep understanding of the NetJets products and services.



Responsibilities

The Vice President, Account Management will be responsible for:

  • Developing and executing sales strategies to achieve quota;
  • Establishing and maintaining relationships with key customers and partners;
  • Working closely with the sales team to develop and implement sales plans;
  • Maintaining accurate prospect and owner data through diligent use of Salesforce.com and other systems;
  • Promptly completing sales reports and forecasts requested by management.


Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's Degree;
  • At least 10-15 years of work-related experience;
  • A minimum of 5 years in a luxury customer-facing role;
  • Proven experience of focusing on continuous self-improvement of and adherence to the Sales processes as defined by management;
  • An in-depth knowledge of the assigned territory and the full line of NetJets products and services as well as those of NetJets' competitors;
  • Fluency in local language relevant to territory and business English (written and spoken);
  • High Proficiency in MS Office.


Benefits

This role offers a competitive salary of €80,000 - €100,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits including health insurance, pension scheme, and bonus structure.
