NetJets Sales Talent Developer

We are seeking a talented NetJets Sales Talent Developer to join our team at Executive Jet Management, Inc. The successful candidate will have a strong background in sales training and development, with a focus on creating and managing SharePoint sites, designing and facilitating learning programs, and curating digital learning content.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating and delivering the NetJets Sales Onboarding for all new starters, working closely with the Sales Enablement Manager and Sales Management teams.
The estimated salary for this position is $90,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a range of benefits including health insurance, retirement savings plan, and paid time off.
We are looking for someone who is able to provide coaching to sales team members, embedding competencies and behaviours aligned to the NetJets Sales Academy skillset matrices.
