Job Overview

We are seeking a talented Senior Account Manager to join our team in NetJets Europe. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and developing strong relationships with our high-net-worth clients.

Responsibilities

  • Sales Performance: Meet or exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets by identifying new business opportunities, developing and implementing effective sales strategies, and building strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
  • Client Service: Provide exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction and drive repeat business.
  • Territory Management: Manage and grow the assigned territory, identifying new business opportunities and expanding existing relationships to achieve sales targets.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team to share knowledge, best practices, and insights to drive collective success.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field (e.g., business, marketing, finance).
  • Minimum 10+ years of experience in sales, preferably in the luxury aviation industry.
  • Proven track record of success in meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively.
  • Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.

Salary: £85,000 - £110,000 per annum, depending on experience.
