Executive Vice President of Sales Leadership Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Executive Vice President of Sales Leadership to drive revenue growth, build a high-performing sales team, and help shape the future of legal technology.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy aligned with business objectives.
  • Establish short and long-term sales goals with a clear plan for scaling revenue.
  • Build and manage a high-performing sales team fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and innovation.
  • Analyse market trends, customer needs, and competitive activity to refine the sales strategy and product positioning.

Estimated Salary: $140,000 - $200,000 per year.

Requirements:
  • 10 years of sales experience with at least 3 years in a leadership role preferably in SaaS or legal technology.
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and driving significant revenue growth.
  • Expertise in building, managing, and scaling high-performing sales teams.
  • Strong understanding of the legal industry and the challenges faced by law firms (preferred).
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Data-driven decision-maker with experience using CRM and sales enablement tools.
