About the Role:
- Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to achieve aggressive growth targets and expand our presence in the UK market.
- Lead and motivate a high-performing sales team, providing coaching, guidance, and support to ensure they meet and exceed their performance goals.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key customers and partners, fostering trust and loyalty through exceptional service and support.
- Provide regular sales forecasts and market intelligence, identifying new business opportunities and driving revenue growth.
- Collaborate closely with our delivery teams to ensure seamless implementations and exceptional customer experiences.
- Work in partnership with our marketing and product teams to develop targeted go-to-market strategies, aligning with our overall business objectives.
- Leverage international partnerships to drive client acquisition and retention, expanding our global reach and influence.
- Ensure exceptional customer satisfaction, maintaining high levels of service and quality throughout the customer lifecycle.
About You:
- A proven track record in sales leadership, with a minimum of 5 years' experience in driving performance and revenue growth through teams.
- Extensive experience in enterprise and complex sales processes within the IT sector, with a deep understanding of the industry landscape.
- Strong strategic planning and business development skills, with a proven ability to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and team management skills, with a focus on building and maintaining strong relationships.
- A passion for innovation and a commitment to staying ahead of the curve in terms of industry trends and technologies.
