Luxury Sales Professional

We are seeking a highly experienced Luxury Sales Professional to join our team at NetJets. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for generating new business sales in respect of NetJets Fractional Shares, Leases and Jet Card Programmes to our key target audience.
You will be required to secure the sale of renewals, trades and add-ons to existing NetJets Owners through the fostering and development of relationships with these individuals and businesses.
The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of experience in a Luxury customer-facing role, with fluency in Business English and Swedish (written and spoken). They will also have proven experience of focusing on continuous self-improvement of and adherence to the Sales processes as defined by management.
The salary for this position is estimated to be around $120,000 - $150,000 per year, depending on experience.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and create new sales opportunities through process of customer prospecting, lead follow-up, interest development, closure and post-close handoff to an Account Executive and Owner Services
- Establish, build, and expand relationships with existing and potential customers through regional activity with NetJets' affinity partnerships and personal network
- Retain and service long-term relationships with Owners in coordination with the Account Executives and Owner Services for that Owner
- Work with a Sales Consultant and/or independently to develop and maintain accurate prospect and Owner data through diligent use of Salesforce.com, and other systems
- Complete sales reports requested by management including sales forecasts and territory business plans promptly and accurately
