Luxury Sales Professional

We are seeking a highly skilled Luxury Sales Professional to join our team at Longchamp, a renowned luxury fashion brand with a presence in over 25 countries.
The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience working in a luxury service retail environment and possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
The role involves greeting and assisting customers, listening to their needs, and delivering exceptional customer service. Additionally, the successful candidate will be responsible for building customer loyalty, maintaining accurate stock control, and adhering to company standards.
Responsibilities- Greeting and assisting local and international customers with a proactive approach;
- Ensuring customer satisfaction by following the sales process and providing solutions to meet customer needs;
- Maintaining accurate stock control and ensuring that products are displayed according to company image and merchandising standards;
- Building customer loyalty through personalized follow-up and actively monitoring the store's customer portfolio;
- Contributing to the organization of the store, including opening and closing procedures, deliveries, and floor replenishment.
- At least 3 years' experience working in a luxury service retail environment;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
- A college degree in fashion or a related field is preferred but not required;
- Experience with retail point of sale systems and key holder experience is a plus;
- Brand Ambassador experience and proficiency in additional languages such as Mandarin, Cantonese, Japanese, or Korean is an asset.
- A competitive salary estimated at £30,000 - £40,000 per annum depending on experience;
