Luxury Sales Professional

We are seeking a highly skilled individual to manage our London showroom and serve as a sales representative for our luxury diamond jewelry brands. This part-time position requires strong communication skills, digital savviness, and a passion for sales, service, business development, and luxury.
About the Role- This is a 60% part-time role with flexibility to work independently.
- The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be digitally savvy, and have a proven track record in sales and customer service.
- Sales & Marketing:
- Generate sales through email, phone, chat, or in-person interactions at the showroom.
- Facilitate appointments, explain the company's business model, and showcase fine diamond jewelry.
- Handle after-sales requests and organize events in/around London.
- Showroom Management & Business Development:
- Ensure the smooth operation of the London showroom.
- Play a leading role in expanding our British market by opening new showrooms or pop-ups.
- At least 4 years of experience in B2C sales, customer service, hospitality management, business development, or luxury.
- Fluent English language skills; additional languages are an asset.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree.
- Living in or near London is required; a large network in London and around is beneficial.
- A private showroom in London, Mayfair.
- An appealing product with borrowing options for personal use.
- A remote supportive team and high-end clientele.
