About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Account Growth Specialist to join our sales team at NetJets. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and creating new sales opportunities through customer prospecting, lead follow-up, interest development, closure and post-close handoff to an Account Executive and Owner Services.

You will establish, build, and expand relationships with existing and potential customers through regional activity with NetJets' affinity partnerships and personal network.

The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of experience in a Luxury customer-facing role, with fluency in Business English and Swedish (written and spoken). They will also have proven experience of focusing on continuous self-improvement of and adherence to the Sales processes as defined by management.

The salary for this position is estimated to be around $120,000 - $150,000 per year, depending on experience.

Responsibilities
  1. Develop and create new sales opportunities through customer prospecting, lead follow-up, interest development, closure and post-close handoff to an Account Executive and Owner Services
  2. Establish, build, and expand relationships with existing and potential customers through regional activity with NetJets' affinity partnerships and personal network
  3. Retain and service long-term relationships with Owners in coordination with the Account Executives and Owner Services for that Owner
  4. Work with a Sales Consultant and/or independently to develop and maintain accurate prospect and Owner data through diligent use of Salesforce.com, and other systems
  5. Complete sales reports requested by management including sales forecasts and territory business plans promptly and accurately
