We are seeking an experienced Account Growth Specialist to join our team at Dazzle London. In this role, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and improving performance across our existing client base.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, with experience in account management, business development, and delivering results-driven solutions. A salary of £52,000 - £70,000 per annum is on offer, plus a bonus scheme that could enable you to earn up to 30% extra.

About the Role:

  • Develop and execute account growth strategies to drive revenue growth and expand our client base;
  • Meet with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions;
  • Demonstrate and present high-quality equipment to potential customers;
  • Establish new businesses and lead generation initiatives;
  • Maintain accurate records of sales performance and customer interactions;
  • Attend trade exhibitions, conferences, and meetings to build relationships and identify new business opportunities;
  • Negotiate contracts and packages with clients to meet their needs and exceed expectations.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 3 years' experience in sales, preferably in a business-to-business (B2B) setting;
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues;
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and develop effective solutions;
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint;
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible approach to working hours and travel requirements.
