Account Growth Specialist Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Account Growth Specialist to join our team at Jems Recruitment Ltd. As an Account Growth Specialist, you will be responsible for growing and maintaining existing business customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Developing and executing account growth strategies
  • Selling products and services to new and existing business customers
  • Maintaining relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance
  • Working with internal teams to assist with projects and key clients

Requirements:

  • Recent account management experience and success within a sales-oriented role
  • A proven track record of account growth
  • Creative thinking, excellent presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Experience of driving an account management program
  • Excellent telephone manner and communication skills

Salary and Benefits:

The salary for this role is estimated to be around £50,000 - £70,000 per annum, depending on experience. Benefits include a Christmas bonus, birthday day off, supportive staff wellbeing, and a friendly team environment with excellent staff retention.
