Account Growth Specialist Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Account Growth Specialist to join our team. As an Account Growth Specialist, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of client accounts, driving commercial discussions, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional results.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record in building and maintaining strong client relationships, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of the digital fraud landscape.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Manage a portfolio of client accounts, establishing clear client retention goals and milestones for clients and employees to work toward.
  • Drive commercial discussions with clients, promoting the value of our products and upselling services and products.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as customer success, sales, product, and engineering, to ensure seamless implementation and delivery of our solutions.
  • Monitor client performance metrics, proactively identifying opportunities to improve fraud prevention strategies.

Estimated Salary: $90,000 - $110,000 per year (depending on experience).
