Regional Luxury Sales Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Regional Luxury Sales Manager to join our team at NetJets Europe.

The successful candidate will be responsible for generating new business sales in respect of NetJets Fractional Shares, Leases and Jet Card Programmes to key target audiences including High Net Worth Individuals, Corporations and Aircraft Owners. This will involve securing the sale of renewals, trades and add-ons to existing NetJets Owners through the development of relationships with these individuals and businesses.

To achieve this, you will be required to:

  • Develop and create new sales opportunities through customer prospecting, lead follow-up, interest development, closure and post-close handoff to Account Executives and Owner Services.
  • Establish, build and expand relationships with existing and potential customers through regional activity with NetJets' affinity partnerships and personal networks.
  • Retail and service long-term relationships with Owners in coordination with Account Executives and Owner Services.
  • Work with Sales Consultants and/or independently to develop and maintain accurate prospect and Owner data using Salesforce.com and other systems.
  • Promptly complete Sales reports requested by management, including sales forecasts and territory business plans.

We are looking for an individual with 10+ years of experience in a Luxury customer-facing role who possesses excellent communication skills and the ability to adapt to changing circumstances. You should have a proven track record of focusing on continuous self-improvement and adherence to Sales processes as defined by management.

In return, we offer a competitive salary range of €80,000 - €120,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as a comprehensive benefits package including health insurance, pension scheme and annual bonus.
