Lead Our Personal Shopping Team

We are seeking a seasoned luxury sales and high net worth client leadership professional to lead our personal shopping team. As a Personal Shopping Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of up to 15 direct reports and driving sales growth. You will work closely with the VP, Global Sales to develop the VIP client portfolio and strategically develop the Threads value proposition.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of personal shoppers to drive sales growth and client satisfaction
  • Develop and implement strategies to grow the VIP client portfolio
  • Work closely with the management team to develop and implement business plans
  • Manage and develop a team of up to 15 direct reports

Requirements

  • Seasoned luxury sales and high net worth client leadership experience
  • Proven track record of driving sales growth and client satisfaction
  • Strong leadership and management skills
  • Ability to work closely with the management team to develop and implement business plans

Technical Skills

  • Curiosity to embed a test-driven sales culture
  • Ability to manage across multiple platforms
  • Strong understanding of sales operations

Experience

  • Experience leading sales teams in an evolving business environment
  • Well-established experience in luxury and high net worth client base
  • Commercial and entrepreneurial leadership mindset
