Job Description:

Role Summary: We are seeking an exceptional Aircraft Sales Strategist to lead our commercial efforts in assigned territories. This highly influential role will drive business development and revenue growth through strategic targeting, proposal generation, and collaboration with field sales colleagues.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute targeted strategies to acquire new aircraft management business revenue and growth
  • Generate high-quality prospect proposals for both new and existing aircraft owners
  • Lead strategic targeting efforts of new corporate verticals, conducting research and participating in field meetings with prospects
  • Ensure effective collaboration with field sales colleagues in the development of analytically rigorous sales strategies
  • Lead commercial support ensuring optimal customer contract structures to win new accounts, agree renewals, and maximize customer retention

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or related field
  • Demonstrated leadership, management, and organizational skills
  • Knowledge of Salesforce
  • Proven experience in acquiring UHNW clients in the private aviation industry
  • Fluency in Business English (written and verbal) and other European languages preferred
