About the Role

The Sales Floor Strategist leads the store team to optimize sales and customer experience. This involves developing a strong team culture, coaching staff skills, and ensuring adherence to Coach Standards.

This position requires a dynamic leader who can motivate the team, set the tone on the sales floor, and provide constructive feedback.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leading the store team to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction;
  • Mentoring staff to develop skills and confidence;
  • Ensuring compliance with Coach Standards and policies;
  • Collaborating with store management and corporate partners to achieve business objectives;
  • Developing plans to address key business issues and impact business outcomes;
  • Influencing others to gain support and achieve goals and projects.
Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years of retail management experience;
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook);
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Able to work flexible schedules, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
Salary Range

$90,000 - $120,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience.
