About the Role:

As a Senior Sales Strategist, you will play a pivotal role in driving Medialake's growth in its key markets. You will be responsible for taking existing SQLs through our sales motion whilst identifying and cultivating new business opportunities, drafting proposals, closing deals, managing client relationships, and contributing to the overall success of our sales team.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Execute the sales plan to achieve ambitious quota targets, leveraging your expertise to drive revenue growth.
  • Efficiently take existing SQLs through our sales motion and convert to revenue, honing your skills in lead generation and conversion.
  • Prospect for and qualify high-potential leads through various channels (outbound marketing, networking, etc.), staying ahead of the curve in terms of market trends and competitor activity.
  • Build strong relationships with clients, acting as a trusted advisor and understanding their unique needs and challenges, delivering tailored solutions that meet their requirements.
  • Craft compelling presentations that showcase the value proposition and its competitive advantage, using data-driven insights to inform your pitch.
  • Negotiate and close deals, guiding clients through the sales cycle from initial contact to successful onboarding, ensuring seamless transitions and minimal disruption to their operations.
  • Manage existing accounts, fostering client satisfaction and maximising upsell and renewal opportunities, leveraging your expertise to drive long-term relationships.
  • Collaborate effectively with internal teams (marketing, customer success) to execute a comprehensive sales strategy, aligning goals and objectives to achieve maximum impact.
  • Contribute to a collaborative sales environment, sharing best practices and fostering a team-oriented approach to exceeding goals, recognising and rewarding outstanding performance.
  • Maintain accurate sales data and reports, providing insights to support strategic decision-making, informing business development and expansion initiatives.

About You:

To succeed in this role, you'll need a minimum of 4 years experience in B2B enterprise SaaS sales, a proven track record of exceeding sales quotas and achieving ambitious targets, and a strong understanding of the enterprise SaaS sales cycle and best practices.

You'll also need excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to tailor messaging to specific audiences, build strong relationships and navigate complex client conversations, adept negotiation and influencing skills, proficiency in CRM software (HubSpot, Gong, Deahub, Sales navigator) and other relevant sales tools, strong time management and organisational skills, and a self-motivated and results-oriented mindset.

What We Offer:
