At CV-Library, we are seeking a highly skilled Aircraft Charter Sales Professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales, with a minimum of 3 years' experience in private jet sales. As a Senior Private Aviation Sales Executive, you will be responsible for building and maintaining a client portfolio, demonstrating expertise in aircraft and chartering procedures, and developing long-term relationships with clients, aircraft operators, and suppliers. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a strong analytical mind, excellent communication skills, and the ability to meet and exceed annual targets.

Responsibilities:

  1. Build and maintain a client portfolio by acquiring new clients through cold calling, networking, and handling inbound inquiries.
  2. Demonstrate expertise in aircraft and chartering procedures.
  3. Develop long-term relationships with clients, aircraft operators, and suppliers.
  4. Manage the full lifecycle of charter bookings, from inquiry to completion.
  5. Oversee the flight process, ensuring smooth flight departures.
  6. Engage in travel for sales visits, industry events, flight representations, and ride-alongs.

Candidate Requirements:

  1. Ambitious, driven, and self-motivated with a proven sales track record.
  2. Minimum of 3 years' experience in Private Jet Sales.
  3. Ability to meet and exceed annual targets.
  4. Resilient under pressure with a detail-oriented mindset.
  5. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and negotiation skills.
  6. Flexible with working hours and capable of adapting to various situations.
  7. Exceptional communication skills, with fluency in a second language being an advantage.
  8. Full UK driver's license and eligibility to work in the UK.

Additional Information:

Starting salary: Up to £45,000 uncapped commission. Opportunities for professional development and rapid career progression. Regular company travel opportunities and social events. Flexible working schemes, pension scheme, and 22 days of holiday (increasing with service length).
