Account Management Director

NetJets Europe is seeking a highly skilled Account Management Director to lead our sales team in generating new business sales and securing renewals, trades, and add-ons with existing customers. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in luxury customer-facing roles, with a strong focus on continuous self-improvement and adherence to sales processes.
The salary for this position is estimated at €120,000 per year, based on industry standards and the level of experience required. This figure may vary depending on individual circumstances.
To be successful in this role, you will need to develop and create new sales opportunities through customer prospecting, lead follow-up, interest development, closure, and post-close handoff to an Account Executive and Owner Services. You will also establish, build, and expand relationships with existing and potential customers through regional activity with NetJets' affinity partnerships and personal network.
You will work closely with Sales Consultants and independently to develop and maintain accurate prospect and Owner data through diligent use of Salesforce.com and other systems. Prompt and accurate completion of Sales reports requested by management, including sales forecasts and territory business plans, is also essential.
