About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Sales Director Europe to lead our sales strategy and operations across the European region. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales leadership, a deep understanding of the European market, and the ability to work cross-functionally to achieve business objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and Implement Sales Strategies: Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and market share growth in Europe.
  2. Conduct Market Analysis: Conduct market analysis to identify opportunities, trends, and competitive landscape.
  3. Lead High-Performing Sales Team: Recruit, train, mentor, and manage a high-performing sales team across various countries in Europe.
  4. Drive Revenue Growth: Drive revenue growth through new customer acquisition, driving value-based selling to increase average contract value.

The successful candidate will be expected to travel within Europe as required. A salary of £120,000 - £150,000 per annum is available for this role, depending on experience.
