As a Senior Sales Director for our UK & Europe region, you'll be at the forefront of driving growth and success in a highly competitive market. Your expertise will be crucial in leading our sales organization to achieve aggressive targets while delivering exceptional value to our customers.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Lead the Start-Up / Mid Market Management business, focusing on closing inbound deals and generating outbound pipeline.
  • Act as a player/coach, leveraging your sales expertise to motivate, attract, train, and retain talent across your organization.
  • Develop and own team cadences to foster a culture of learning, motivation, and achievement.
  • BUILD strong executive relationships with top accounts.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with the UK & Europe team and US sales leadership to identify opportunities and product gaps.

Requirements:

  • 5-7+ years of experience in an Account Executive role with a proven track record of quota attainment success and increasing management experience.
  • Strong communication skills, including presentation, writing, and explaining technical concepts concisely.
  • Proven ability to lead, motivate, and engage existing teams while demonstrating a clear capacity to recruit and up-skill new talent.
