Sales Leader Wanted

  • We are seeking a seasoned sales professional with a proven track record of success in leading high-performing sales teams.
  • The ideal candidate will have experience selling software as a service (SaaS) in the fintech industry and possess excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • As a sales leader at Plaid Inc, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and expanding our customer base in the UK & Europe region.
  • You will lead a team of sales professionals and provide coaching and guidance to ensure they meet or exceed their sales targets.
  • Your primary focus will be on building strong relationships with key decision-makers at top-tier accounts and identifying new business opportunities.
  • You will also work closely with cross-functional teams to develop sales strategies and tactics that drive revenue growth.

What We Offer

  • A competitive salary of £120,000 - £150,000 per annum, depending on experience.
