About the Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Global Sales Director for Continental Europe to lead our sales efforts in this key region. This is an excellent opportunity to leverage your experience and expertise to drive business growth and expansion.

Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive sales strategy to drive revenue growth across Continental Europe, including Switzerland, Nordics, Netherlands, Luxembourg, Spain, Portugal, and Italy. They will work closely with our leadership team to identify new business opportunities, build relationships with key clients, and manage a high-performing sales team to achieve ambitious targets.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a sales strategy to drive revenue growth across Continental Europe
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders
  • Lead a high-performing sales team to achieve ambitious targets
  • Collaborate with the leadership team to identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to pursue them
  • Manage and analyze sales performance data to inform decision-making and optimize sales strategies
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 7 years of financial sales experience, with a proven track record of success in driving revenue growth
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with experience in building and leading high-performing sales teams
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage and analyze complex data sets
  • Knowledge of the financial industry and trends in Continental Europe
